Shipping Policy

Thanks for visiting Crafty Wallies. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Review our shipping policy for details on processing, shipping times, and other important information.

Processing Time

Our processing time for handmade products is up to one week from the date of order. This time may vary depending on the specific product and our current workload. We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our work.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We are located in Finland, our shipping courier is Posti. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some items shipping depends more on dimensions than weight, for example large items like piñatas.

International Shipping

We are offering international shipping to some countries within EU. We aim to be able to ship worldwide as soon as possible.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fee or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking  number that you can use to check the status of your package.

Pick Up Service

To provide a convenient option for our local customers, we offer a pick-up service policy for orders. Please review our pick- up service policy for detailed information on how to utilize this service.

Eligibility

Pick up service is available for customers who would rather pick up their order themselves instead of paying for shipment fees, or do not want to wait for the item to be delivered by our courier.

Orders eligible for pick-up will have the option available at check out.

If you want to pick up your order, select "Pick-Up" as your delivery option during the check out process.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. You will also receive further instructions on the Pick up place once your order is ready.

  • Orders can be picked up in Kaitaa, Espoo between 9:00-18:00.

  • We can also deliver around Kaitaa .

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.We take great pride in offering unique, handmade arts and crafts items. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly exchange items if the mistake was made on our part.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the unique and handmade nature of our products.

  • We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizes and images carefully before making a purchase. If you have and questions, please contact us before placing your order.

  • We will exchange items if the mistake was made by us, such as incorrect items shipped or defects in the product.

  • To request an exchange please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order with the following information : Order number, description of the issue, photos of the incorrect of defective item.

  • If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect or defective item.

  • Custom- made items or personalized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the customization.
